PTG Gaming Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and PTG Gaming ("we", "us", "the Platform"). • You are accessing PTG Gaming from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.

• You have not previously had a PTG Gaming account suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any other person.

PTG Gaming reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any time. Accounts opened by persons under the minimum age will be closed, and any funds in those accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on PTG Gaming. Creating multiple accounts using different personal details, payment methods, or device identities is strictly prohibited. PTG Gaming uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PTG Gaming username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PTG Gaming will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a suspected breach of account security to our support team.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other services.
• Log out of PTG Gaming on shared or public devices after each session.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your PTG Gaming balance within seconds.

All deposits are in Philippine Peso. PTG Gaming does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Review your provider's terms before initiating a transaction.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your PTG Gaming account at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your PTG Gaming account.

PTG Gaming aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day for standard methods including GCash and Maya. Bank transfer processing times depend on the receiving institution and may take one to three banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

PTG Gaming reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable basis to investigate the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, PTG Gaming will inform the player of the review and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

• Ensure your account is fully verified before requesting a large withdrawal.
• Confirm that the withdrawal destination account is registered in your own name.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the PTG Gaming website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphical assets, game descriptions, article text, software interfaces, and structural design elements, is the intellectual property of PTG Gaming or its licensed content suppliers. No content from the PTG Gaming platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used commercially without prior written permission from PTG Gaming.

Your use of the PTG Gaming platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, resale, or sublicensing of any platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

If you wish to close your PTG Gaming account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, PTG Gaming reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and any winnings generated during or as a direct result of the prohibited activity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of PTG Gaming that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
